Welcome to the Adobe Grill, named after the 100,000 adobe clay bricks that were
used to build the original La Quinta Hotel in 1926. Long a beloved country estate
for Hollywood celebrities, captains of industry, and Presidents, the resort was once
described by movie director Frank Capra as "the kind of place everyone is looking
for...a wonderful green oasis in the middle of the desert and it is absolutely private."
Today, La Quinta Resort & Club remains a peaceful sanctuary with winding pathways, flower gardens and a colorful center for traditional Mexican cuisine called the Adobe Grill.
Here, you’ll enjoy authentic moles, fresh vegetable salsas, house made tortillas and our signature jumbo margaritas.
