Adobe Grill is located on the upper level of the Plaza and is known throughout the Valley for the best margaritas in town, served in over-sized, hand-blown glassware from Guadalajara. The restaurant is open every night for dinner, and also for lunch Wednesday through Saturday (11:30am to 2:30pm)
